Trey McKinney, Yaxel Lendeborg and L.J. Cason each had 13 points for the Wolverines, who won their 11th straight andtook a big steptoward capturing their first outright Big Ten regular-season title in five years.

The win came one day after Michigan (25-1, 15-1)moved into the nation's top spotfor the first time since January 2013.

It was the 7-foot-3 Mara's early tone-setting presencethat helped the Wolverines turn the tables on Purdue's usually dominant front line as two-time national player of the year Zach Edey watched from the second row. Mara made each of his first four shots on the way to a 10-point, eight-rebound first half. He spent most of the second half in foul trouble, finishing 4 of 6 from the field as Michigan had a 39-31 rebounding advantage.

Trey Kaufman-Renn scored a season high 27 points to lead Boilermakers on a night most of his teammates struggled. Braden Smith added 20 points as the Boilermakers (21-5, 11-4) had their four-game winning streak end. They now trail Michigan by 3 1/2 games in the league race.

Michigan took control quickly by using an early 13-0 spurt to take a 23-10 lead. A 14-4 scoring flurry gave Michigan a comfortable 44-22 cushion with 4:23 left in the first half, forcing Purdue to futilely play catchup the rest of the night.

Folarin Balogun makes USMNT history with Champions League double vs. PSG

Folarin Balogun picked the ideal time to break out of his slump.

USA TODAY Sports

The Monaco striker scored two goals within the first 18 minutes against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League on Tuesday, Feb. 17.

With his double in the playoff round first leg, Balogun became the first U.S. men's national team player to score more than one goal in a Champions League knockout stage game.

Only one other USMNT player has scored more than a goal in any Champions League game: Malik Tillman, who pulled off the feat just last month with Bayer Leverkusen.

The two goals took Balogun's season total to 10, five of which have come in the Champions League.

With his fifth goal, Balogun also broke Christian Pulisic's USMNT record for goals in a single Champions League season.

Balogun came into Tuesday's game with just one goal in his past 12 games, but found the net less than a minute into Tuesday's game at Stade Louis II.

The 24-year-old found some space in the six-yard box, getting on the end of Aleksandr Golovin's cross to head home from close range.

Less than 20 minutes later, Balogun played a neat one-two with Maghnes Akliouche and buried a low finish past PSG goalkeeper Matvei Safonov.

PSG would quickly strike back after going two goals down, leveling the game by halftime through goals from Désiré Doué and Achraf Hakimi.

Doué would score again midway through the second half, taking advantage of Golovin's red card earlier to give PSG a 3-2 win and a major advantage heading home for next week's second leg.

NEED TO KNOW

  • Jill Zarin was fired from E!'s The Golden Life after posting a video criticizing Bad Bunny's Super Bowl halftime show for having "no white people" and being in Spanish.

  • Dorinda Medley has officially been announced as her replacement, joining Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Ramona Singer, and Kelly Bensimon.

  • Sources suggest Medley may have always been part of the plan, with the network holding the reveal for a bigger premiere-season splash.

Well,Jill Zarinreally did it this time. TheRHONYlegend — beloved by some, tolerated by most — managed to get herself fired from a show before it even started filming, which is an achievement so spectacular it almost deserves its own Bravo confessional.

You know the story by now. OnSuper BowlSunday, Zarin posted a video that quickly became the night's most talked-about moment, and it had nothing to do withBad Bunny. She called his halftime show "the worst halftime show ever," complained it was entirely in Spanish, and went fully off the rails by noting there were "literally no white people in the entire thing." For a franchise that was already torched once by racism allegations, the optics couldn't have been worse.

Dorinda Medley visits

Production company Blink49 Studios didn't waste any time. "In light of recent public comments made by Jill Zarin, Blink49 Studios has decided not to move forward with her involvement inThe Golden Life. We remain committed to delivering the series in line with our company standards and values." Translation:You're done, sweetie.

Zarin, for her part, wasn't going quietly. "They didn't even give me a chance. I took it down right away. People make mistakes. I'm human," she toldIn Touch Weekly. Sure, Jill. Human, indeed.

Enter Dorinda Medley, who had already made her feelings crystal clear before any official casting news dropped. On SiriusXM'sReality Checked, Dorinda held absolutely nothing back: "I disagree with absolutely everything she said. I don't think you can walk away from what we had the luxury of witnessing."

That kind of public statement basically wrote her casting announcement for her.

Medley confirmed the news herself in a statement: "Well, the rumors are true! I will be joining the women on The Golden Life in Palm Beach. After decades of friendship, and navigating life's ups and downs together, it will be nice to reconnect with my 'sisters.' I am so excited to celebrate and share the next chapter of our lives!"

The show — a 10-episode series set in Palm Beach, Florida — will now feature Medley alongside Luann de Lesseps,Sonja Morgan,Ramona Singer, andKelly Bensimon. Produced by Blink49 Studios, the season is set to start filming this spring in South Florida.

Here's the twist, though: sources suggest that Dorinda wasn't necessarily hired at the last minute to replace Jill — she was always involved in the show, but the network wanted to reveal it closer to the premiere date. So what looked like a crisis pivot may have actually been a carefully timed casting reveal that just got blown wide open by Jill's Super Bowl disaster.

The show's logline promises the kind of drama we've been waiting for: "Bound by decades of shared history, fallouts and friendship, this fan-favorite group of New Yorkers are starting fresh together in the Sunshine State. Though skies are bright in Florida, unresolved drama looms as they reconnect after years of highs and lows."

There will be some unresolved drama in Palm Beach with Dorinda Medley and Ramona Singer sharing the same zip code. Truly,The Golden Lifeis delivering before the cameras have even rolled.

Dorinda doesn't actually live in Florida like the rest of the cast, but that's a minor logistical problem for a network that just turned a racism scandal into a casting opportunity in under 48 hours. They'll figure it out.

The Golden Life is set to premiere on E! later in 2026.

NEED TO KNOW

  • Robert Pattinson looked nearly unrecognizable with a blond, curly wig and smudged red lipstick worn for his Interview cover story photoshoot published on Tuesday, Feb. 17

  • The Twilight star posed opposite Zendaya, with whom he costars in The Drama, and twinned in similar looks together for the artistic shoot

  • The Drama releases in April 2026

Robert Pattinson, is that you?

The actor, 39, experimented with his appearance in a photoshoot oppositeZendaya, 29, for theircover story forInterview, which seesThe Dramacostars ask each other questions about working together on their new film.

Pattinson slipped on a blond, curly wig for the shoot alongside the Emmy-winning actress, who wore a lengthier wig with low-sitting pig tails in a similar hue for a transformative look of her own. Their lips were bright red, Pattinson's smeared on and bleeding onto his surrounding skin.

The cover shot saw Zendaya clinging to theTwilightstar's back, wrapping her arms around his upper body and her left leg around his lower half, which he cradled with both of his hands as he looked deadpan at the camera.

For Pattinson's part, he wore a flirty spaghetti-strapped top in an ivory shade, lined with white lace along the top and complete with a dainty bow stitched onto the center at his chest. His burgundy trousers were unbuttoned and unzipped, peeling back a tad at the flap.

Not much was seen of Zendaya's outfit, which was largely hidden behind her co-star's physique. All that's visible was her white Chloé lace sleeve on her right shoulder and a few rings that shimmered on her fingers that held the actor.

Photographed by Nadia Lee Cohen, the shoot for Interview was styled by Zendaya's longtime stylistLaw Roachas well as the magazine's editor-in-chief Mel Ottenberg.

The images within the story are rather interpretive, with one featuring a gender-bending shot of both costars in coordinating suit sets. A straddling Pattinson is standing over a sprawled-out Zendaya, who lies on the floor beneath him.

Another photo captured theEuphoriastar's cover outfit in full, revealing her lace white dress with massive ruffled cuffs and a plunging-V neckline. Her face makeup was exaggerated with rosy cheeks and red lips — a stark contrast to her bold, black mascara on her eyes.

A fourth picture saw Pattinson in head-to-toe Valentino, including a draped shirt in a greenish hue that matches the wallpaper he leans on with a cigarette in hand for the shoot. He paired it with brown trousers and bare feet.

Zendaya and Pattinson twin for a fifth photo, each wearing similar floral dresses in blue. This time theSpider-Manactress stood tall, while theDie My Loveactor clung to her while on his knees.

The two are costarring in three movies this year:The Drama,Dune: Part ThreeandThe Odyssey, which also stars Zendaya's fiancé,Tom Holland.

During their interview, the pairrecalled their first impressions of one anotherwhen they met for the first time.

"Truthfully, I met you because we had common friends, and you were always pretty quiet and chill," Zendaya said. "You didn't say much, and I was like, 'Ooh, mysterious!' Then I talked to Tom and he was like, 'No, he's super fun and always laughing and joking,' and I was like, 'Really? I haven't experienced that side of him, I guess.'"

"That's so depressing. I wish I could stay in the mysterious. I've learned again and again that if you just don't speak, people are like, 'Wow. You're really intimidating,' but I just can't f---ing maintain it," said Pattinson.

"You maintained it for a while, until we made a few movies together," Zendaya replied.

The Dramahits theaters on April 6.
