Toddler suffered horror death at $1.3m home after parents bought safety product on Amazon, lawsuit claims
A toddler drowned in the pool of his family's Los Angeles home after his parents bought a faulty child safety lock on Amazon, according to a heartbreaking lawsuit. Kai Bernabe, 3, died after he and his twin brother Liam were found unresponsive in the pool of their $1.3 million Porter Ranch home in April of 2023. His brother miraculously survived the incident which cops at the time said was an accident.
