Incredible prize money revealed for revamped Club World Cup, with Chelsea and Man City in line for massive payday
Manchester City and Chelsea stand to earn up to £97million if they win this summer's revamped Club World Cup. The overall prize pot, shared between all 32 teams based on different factors, has hit €1billion for the tournament starting in the United States in June. City banked around £110m for winning the Champions League two years ago but can go close to that over a seven-game run across a month at the end of this season.
