Donald Trump's spokesman Steven Cheung has declared 'victory' for the president-elect and the American people after Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg said prosecutors may need to pause the hush-money case. The 78-year-old was due to be sentenced next week on 34 counts of falsifying business records related to payments to Stormy Daniels. But as he prepares to enter the White House for the second time the case has come to a standstill and its future is in doubt.
