A shocking video shows a group of Tennessee police officers brutally slugging a man accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend at a charity walk. Jackson Hopper, 26, was accused of shooting Ellie Young, 22, inside her Jeep after she participated in the breast cancer awareness walk at Shelby Farms Park in Memphis, Tennessee. Hopper led police on a multi-county chase until his car was flipped with a PIT maneuver. He was seen being dragged out of his car and then savagely beaten for around 30 seconds in a recording filmed on a bystander's cell phone.
