Khloe Kardashian confessed that she gets 'exhausted' caring for her children True, six, and Tatum, one, without a live-in nanny. The 39-year-old reality star shares her little ones with her NBA ex Tristan Thompson, who currently plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Although she acknowledged Tristan is a 'big help when he's here,' her tasks become more arduous when he leaves town for work. Her problem is compounded by not having 'nannies at night, which I might have to change, or at least have like someone be available sometimes,' she said.
