A young couple has been slammed online after a photo of their wedding 'invite' went viral. The bride and groom to be decided they would get hitched in a 'private ceremony' but still sent out cards months in advance asking loved ones to 'join them in spirit'. The bride assumed the cards would soften the blow for loved ones who weren't invited. But it appeared to do the opposite and was slammed as 'patronising and rude' with hundreds of infuriated women claiming it was 'nothing but a present grab'.

After only recently landing the title of one of the best in the South, a beloved East Memphis steakhouse has now shut for good. Buckley's, located at 5355 Poplar Avenue, served its last customers on Sunday. Owners of the 30-year-old restaurant did not give a specific reason for the closure. But partner Jeff Fioranelli said: 'It was a great run and now I have the opportunity to pursue other passions.

A couple's wedding night turned into a horror show after the groom was shot in the head by a masked gunman. Dulce and Manuel Gonzalez were finally getting married on Friday night after a decade and two children together, KSDK reports. The night was going well, with 50 family members celebrating the couple in the backyard of their St. Louis, Missouri home until the early morning hours. But just before 1am on Saturday, two masked gunmen entered the party from the bride and her sister's shared driveway fence, according to Fox 2 Now.
