Sharon Osbourne knows firsthand that beauty can have its ugly sides.

The television personality and wife of late rock singer Ozzy Osbourne opened up about a side effect she experienced after a botched cosmetic surgery during an appearance on "The Osbournes Podcast," released Thursday, Oct. 15.

"I have an indentation left from it here, all the way down here," Osbourne, 74, told son Jack Osbourne and daughter-in-law Aree, referring to a "dent" on the right side of her face.

"The Talk" alum did not specify the procedure she underwent, but she quipped: "I think the surgeon left it to his mate to do. I think he took a phone call, and then his mate was all, 'Tap in.'"

Osbourne said she addressed the facial defect with her doctor at the time, but the consultation didn't help reverse the side effect.

"You go, and you complain, and you go there," Osbourne said. "And then he starts injecting, and you go, 'What is in this that you're injecting me with?' And they go, 'Don't worry, it's my special concoction. It'll work!' Well, actually, it didn't … work. I've got a dent."

Sharon Osbourne says she 'looked like Elvis' after getting her facelift

Over the years, Osbourne has been candid about the cosmetic work she's had done, writing in her 2013 book, "Unbreakable," that "there's not much I haven't had tweaked, stretched, peeled, lasered, veneered, enhanced or removed altogether."

In September 2019, Osbourne debuted her facelift on "The Talk," explaining: "I had my neck done, my jowls. … But everything was just lifted up. So, it looks more refreshed."

The following month, Osbourne appeared on "The Kelly Clarkson Show" and got candid about a procedure that caused her mouth to go numb.

"I had this thing where they lifted up my mouth, and then for the first week I couldn't feel my mouth. I can hardly feel my mouth now, to be honest with you," she said. "I couldn't find my mouth. It was numb, and it was up on one side and I looked like Elvis [Presley]."
