The kineticKendrick Lamarhad a historic night, scooping up five awards for his album "GNX" and the sensual SZA collab "luther." All hail the king of Compton as the most Grammy-winning rapper of all time.

It turned out to be a momentous week for rapperBad Bunny, who snagged three awards ahead of hisSuper Bowl LX Halftime Show gignext Sunday.

After strutting into the show with seven nominations,Lady Gagawalked away with two awards for her mercurial and maximalist electro-clash, "Mayhem," and its lead single "Abracadabra."

Artistscompeted across 95 categories, including the new Best Traditional Country Album and Best Album Coverbrackets.

Bad Bunny received a standing ovation as he demanded Lady Gaga was utterly mesmerizing while performing her hit Kendrick Lamar was crowned the most Grammy-winning rapper of all time with his trophy for Best Rap Album.

The evening featured performances from Lady Gaga, Carpenter, ROSÉ, Tyler the Creator, Bruno Mars, Clipse and Pharrell Williams. It also showcased the slate of Best New Artist contenders with live music from Katseye, Olivia Dean, Leon Thomas, Addison Rae, Sombr, Lola Young, The Marías and Alex Warren.
