Sean M. Higgins, the driver accused of killing NHL star Johnny Gaudreau and his brother Matthew in a horror crash on Thursday night, admitted to having 'five or six' alcoholic drinks before getting behind the wheel, according to police documents. Gaudreau, a 31-year-old NHL veteran who had spent the last two seasons with the Blue Jackets, was believed to have been cycling with younger sibling Matthew, 29, on the eve of their sister Katie's wedding when the fatal accident occurred just before 8:30pm in Oldmans Township, Salem County.
