An American tourist fell to his knees after learning the woman he struck while riding his dirt bike along a highway in Thailand had died from her injuries. Philip Edward McMorrow, 37, had been speeding along Highway 1317 in Chang Mai in northern Thailand when he collided with 67-year-old Kia Sae-wang, flinging her body onto the pavement with a devastating force. Kia, a lifelong resident of the Mae On district where the collision occurred, had been running errands and was on her way to the shops.
