A Texas mother is outraged after a preschool worker was caught on video 'manhandling' her young daughter. Jasmine Adams was in disbelief when she witnessed an employee at the Kipling Street Academy in Houston roughly grabbing her three-year-old girl, Legacy. 'This is a grown woman who is literally manhandling a three-year-old,' Adams told ABC 13. 'I literally see the teacher lifting her off the ground and then just like slamming her onto the floor on her butt.
