The city of Toronto is paying to move homeless people camped out near the arena hosting Taylor Swift's Eras Tour into taxpayer-funded hotels. The first of the pop megastar's sold-out concerts at the Rogers Centre is set for Thursday, and the city said the homeless need to be moved out of the area due to the enormous crowds. 'The individuals surrounding Rogers Centre are being offered a space in the city's shelter system to help ensure their safety,' a city spokesperson told the Toronto Star.
