Bachelor Nation might be seeing more of Golden Bachelorette Joan Vassos and her fiancé Chock Chapple on their TV screens. After getting engaged to Chapple, 60, during the Nov. 13 finale of The Golden Bachelorette, Vassos, 61, tells PEOPLE she'd consider saying "I do" to the insurance executive on television. "I originally said that I wanted for it to be small with just our friends and family, but as I think a little bit more about it, I somewhat think that maybe we would do a televised wedding," Vassos says in a joint interview with Chapple.
