An American think-tank wants to reopen its case to get Prince Harry's secret US visa application made public after he admitted taking drugs in his memoir. The Heritage Foundation questioned why the Duke of Sussex was allowed into the US with his wife Meghan in 2020 following his reference to taking cocaine, marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms in his book Spare which came out in January 2023. The conservative Washington DC group brought a lawsuit against the Department for Homeland Security (DHS) after a Freedom of Information request was rejected.
