The man accused of murdering a beloved Oregon nurse who had just married her boyfriend was 'deliberately cruel' as her killed her, prosecutors say. Bryce Schubert, 27, has been charged with murdering his neighbor Melissa Jubane, 32, in early September. Officials found her remains three days after her coworkers, friends and neighbors said she had disappeared - which was unusual for the for the dedicated nurse. Schubert lived in the same Beaverton apartment complex as Jubane and prosecutors claim he was 'deliberately cruel' to her in the final moments of her life.
