Home Improvement Star Zachery Ty Bryan Faces Second DUI Charge in a Year

Zachery Ty Bryan has been arrested and charged with DUI, months after a previous DUI arrest in February. The Home Improvement star, 43, was arrested on Friday, Oct. 25 at 8:34 a.m., according to the Custer County Sheriff's Office in Oklahoma, for allegedly driving under the influence and not having a valid license. The Oklahoman, local ABC affiliate KOCO News and Fox 23 News also reported Bryan's arrest. PEOPLE reached out to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol for further comment but did not receive an immediate reply.
