Sean 'Diddy' Combs' attorney made a shocking statement about a plea bargain for his client. The embattled rapper, 54, has no plans to take a plea bargain, according to his attorney Marc Agnifilo. Combs insists that he is innocent and plans to fight in the trial until the end, Agnifilo told TMZ for the outlet's new documentary on the case.
