Sara Ramírez and ex-husband Ryan Debolt have agreed to finalize their divorce. In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the former couple reached a settlement on their separation. Neither Ramírez and Debolt will receive spousal support and the terms of their divorce appears uncomplicated as the two did not share children together. Once a judge signs off on their agreement, the exes' divorce will be officially terminated on Dec. 16. Sara Ramírez.
