Despite speculation to the contrary, Cameron Mathison has not begun dating after announcing that he and his wife, Vanessa Mathison, are divorcing. A source tells ET that there's nothing romantic between Cameron and Los Angeles-based esthetician Aubree Knight, who were spotted together the day after his split confirmation. Knight visited Cameron at his home on Thursday. The actor was seen laughing and talking with Knight, who runs Aubree Knight Beauty, before they grabbed a meal together
