Courteney Cox is paying sweet tribute to her boyfriend on his special day! The Friends alum took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a number of snapshots of her beau, Snow Patrol musician Johnny McDaid, in celebration of his 58th birthday. "Happy birthday to the man who can do most anything," Cox, 60, captioned the slideshow post. "I love you always J." The series of snapshots includes a photo of Cox and McDaid posing together for a beaming selfie, two pics of the rocker playing on stage during concerts, and a photo of him piloting a plane in what appears to be a flight simulator.
