Olivia Newton-John's daughter Chloe Rose Lattanzi is said to be 'heartbroken' by the sale of her mother's Californian ranch. Olivia's widower John Easterling has put the four-bedroom property up for sale with an asking price of US$8.965million (AUD$13.57million), according to People. Australian music icon Olivia died at the age 73 at the Santa Ynez home on August 8, 2022, following a 20-year battle with breast cancer. Her daughter Chloe, 38, who she shared with Matt Lattanzi, is said to be 'devastated' by the sale of the ranch, which holds many fond memories of her beloved mother.
