The BBC's editorial complaints stated the radio star, 63, 'seemed like endorsing one viewpoint in a highly controversial space'[/caption]

A listener complained to the Beeb that the comment showed Mr Webb – paid £280,000 a yr – giving his personal view on gender identity, instead of remaining neutral.

The host made the comment during a dialogue on whether or not male-born trans-female chess gamers had a bonus over ladies.

The BBC's editorial complaints stated the radio star, 63, "looked like endorsing one viewpoint in a highly controversial area".

But Fiona McAnena, director of campaigns on the ladies's rights group Intercourse Matters, stated: "By making clear that 'trans ladies' are male, Webb was merely doing his job.

"By disciplining a presenter who states biological actuality and seeks to inform his audience, the BBC has lost all credibility."

The BBC also revealed it had acquired 287 complaints about its coverage of a narrative on claims trans ladies's milk was nearly as good as breast milk from organic ladies.

Final night time the Beeb was invited to remark.
