Angelina Jolie & 'Couture' Co-Star's Dating Rumors Get an Update — Source

Angelina Jolieis back on the Hollywood circuit, and so are the rumors about her dating her co-star. She was alleged to be taking her on-screen romance with "Couture" co-starLouis Garreloff-screen. However, recent reports have claimed the duo is just friends.

Angelina Jolie and co-star Louis Garrel are not dating and hung out at dinner as friends, per source

Sources close to Angelina Jolie disclosed toTMZthat she is not dating Louis Garrel, despite persistent rumours to the contrary. The duo went out for dinner, but only as friends. Insiders told the outlet that Jolie and Garrel are good friends and have other common friends. However, the Academy Award winner is focused on her work and her kids.

This update on Jolie and Garrel's relationship comes two months afterThe National Enquirerreported that there was "definitely a spark there." At the time, a source told the outlet, "They got on really well, and there's a very obvious attraction, but it's hard for people not to worry because Louis has a reputation. He's very charming, but he's also a complicated guy, and a lot of people in Angie's life think she's playing with fire by getting involved with him."

For those unversed, Garrel is a French actor who allegedly split from his wife of 10 years. The source further told The National Enquirer that Jolie would not admit that there was "anything going on with Louis. She's so private, all she will say is that he's become a 'great friend.'"

However, the insider insisted that "it's pretty obvious there's something between them." They concluded, "Angie practically buzzes any time she gets a text from Louis. There's definitely a spark there." The recent TMZ report seems to have put all those rumours to rest for now.

"Couture" premiered at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival but does not yet have a US release date. It already hit French theatres on February 18.

Trae Young will reportedly make Wizards debut Thursday against Jazz

WashingtonWizards point guard Trae Youngwill reportedly make his debut for his new team on Thursday against the Utah Jazz, according toESPN's Shams Charania. Young has been out since Dec. 27 with knee and quadriceps injuries.

Yahoo Sports

Young was acquired by the Wizards in a trade with the Atlanta Hawksfor CJ McCollum and Corey Kispert in January.

Injuries have kept Young out for most of the 2025-26 season, in which he has played only 10 games and has posted his worst stats since his rookie year. Young is averaging 19.3 points and 8.9 assists while shooting 30.5% from behind the arc.

At 16-43, the Wizards sit 13th in the Eastern Conference standings, and bringing Young back is more about next season than this one.

Young's late-season return gives the Wizards a chance to see how he fits alongside young players such as Alex Sarr, Kyshawn George, Tre Johnson, Bilal Coulibaly and Bub Carrington. One player the Wizards won't yet be able to evaluate his fit with is their other trade acquisition, Anthony Davis.

Davis has yet to make his debutfor the Wizards after beingtraded from the Dallas Mavericks for multiple players and draft picks.Davis last played on Jan. 8 and has beenrehabbing ligament damage in his hand that he suffered in Dallas. He has yet to practice and, on Feb. 19,the Wizards announced he would be reevaluated.

Davis averaged 20.4 points, 11.1 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks in 20 games for the Mavericks this season. While Young and Davis have a combined 14 All-Star appearances between them, both have struggled with injuries the past few seasons. The Wizards hope the additions of their new superstars will be enough to secure their first postseason appearance since the 2020-21 season.

Ryan Murphy takes flak from John F. Kennedy Jr.'s nephew Jack Schlossberg for

Jack Schlossberg is continuing his verbal assault on producerRyan Murphy'sLove Story.

FX's limited series documents the romance between Schlossberg's late uncle, John F. Kennedy Jr., and Carolyn Bessette before the couple died in a plane crash on July 16, 1999.

"Well, if you want to know someone who's never met anyone in my family, knows nothing about us, talk to Ryan Murphy," Schlossberg quickly responded when asked about it during an interview withCBS Sunday Morning's Mo Rocca this week. "I would just want people who do watch the show to watch it with one letter in mind, and that's a capital F for fiction. The guy knows nothing about what he's talking about, and he's making a ton of money on a grotesque display of someone else's life."

"I would hope that Mr. Murphy would donate some of the millions of dollars of profits that he's making to some of the causes that John championed throughout his life," Schlossberg continued. "Maybe he would donate some of that money to the JFK library to help keep President Kennedy's memory alive, but he's not. He's making money. This is not a documentary. And I'll leave it at that."

Back in June, Schlossberg, the son of JFK Jr.'s sister Caroline Kennedy, slammed the series, which debuted Feb. 12. At the time, he said the Kennedy family had not been consulted on the project, and he considered the series a way of profiting off his late uncle "in a grotesque way."

Rocca asked if there was something about this particular show that bothered Schlossberg, since the Kennedys have been depicted countless times on TV, in movies, and in books.

"I think in the last year, two years, three years," Schlossberg answered, "partly because of [Health Secretary] RFK Jr., but also partly because Donald Trump has used JFK as sort of a human punching bag, both by renaming the Kennedy Center after himself, by doing a false reinvestigation into the assassination, and dismantling all the programs that he fought for."

Schlossberg, who's running for Congress in New York's 12th district, said the timing of the series bothers him.

"There's a lot of misinformation now and iconography being used about the Kennedy family, my family, at a time when we really can't afford to confuse people," Schlossberg said. "We really need to take every breath that we have to try to make things better. So, if Ryan Murphy really cares so much about the Kennedy family, my uncle John, maybe he would try to do something about getting Trump out of power."

Entertainment Weeklyhas reached out to reps for Murphy and the show.

Murphy has previously saidLove Storyis "very sympathetic" to the family.

"The NBA should desire to protect and esteem women, many of whom work diligently every day to make this the best basketball league in the world," Kornet continued. "We should promote an atmosphere that is protective and respectful of the daughters, wives, sisters, mothers, and partners that we know and love.

"Allowing this night to go forward without protest would reflect poorly on us as an NBA community, specifically in being complicit in the potential objectification and mistreatment of women in our society."

Magic City Kitchen is also slated to serve two versions of its "world famous" lemon pepper wings – Louwill Lemon Pepper BBQ –at the March 16 game. The flavor is named after three-time NBA Sixth Man of the Year-winner, Lou Williams. Rapper T.I. is scheduled to perform at halftime and limited edition Magic City merchandise will be available to purchase at the game.

Magic City celebrated 40 years witha five-part STARZ docuseries, 'Magic City: An American Fantasy,'that was produced by Hawks principal owner Jami Gertz and Atlanta native Jermaine Dupri. Magic City founder Michael "Mr. Magic" Barney and T.I. are scheduled to record a live podcast from inside Atlanta's State Farm Arena before the game.

Kornet, 30, hopes the Hawks and NBA officials listen to him instead.

"I'd like to encourage the league, its owners, employees and fans to hold theAtlanta Hawksto a higher standard of what they find worthy of promoting," Kornet wrote. "I and others throughout the league were surprised by and object to the Hawks' decision. We desire to provide an environment where fans of all ages can safely come and enjoy the game of basketball and where we can celebrate the history and culture of communities in good conscience. The celebration of a strip club is not conduct aligned with that vision."

Kornet is averaging a career-best 7.1 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.9 assists in his first season with the Spurs. This is the sixth team he's played for in his nine NBA seasons, with his previous four years spent on the Boston Celtics.

But a representative for theAce Venturastar and an executive for the French film awards are both shutting down bizarre rumors suggesting that Carrey's recent appearance at the event to accept an honorary award was faked.

"Jim Carrey attended the César Awards, where he accepted his Honorary César Award," his rep Marleah Leslie confirmed Monday in a statement toEntertainment Weekly.

Carrey, 64, gave a heartfelt speech while accepting his lifetime achievement award at the star-studded Paris event on Thursday. Over the weekend, however, conspiracy theories began to swirl online speculating that it wasn't Carrey who attended the event, but rather an impersonator.

Drag artist Alexis Stone added further fuel to the fire by suggesting that he was the one who impersonated Carrey, sharing snapshots ofEternal Sunshinestar at the ceremony as well a collection of prosthetics and makeupon Instagramon Sunday. Stone has previously impersonated celebs likeLana Del Rey,Donatella Versace, andAdele.

But Gregory Caulier, the general delegate of the César Awards, has also debunked the rumors about Carrey's attendance.

"Jim Carrey's visit has been planned since this summer,"Caulier toldVariety. "From the outset, he was extremely touched by the Academy's invitation. Eight months of ongoing, constructive discussions. He worked on his speech in French for months, asking me about the exact pronunciation of certain words."

Caulier explained that Carrey was joined at the event by his partner, daughter, grandson, and 12 of his closest friends and family members. "His longtime publicist accompanied him," he continued. "His old friend Michel Gondry, who has made a film and two series with him, was there, and they were delighted to see each other again."

Caulier concluded, "For me, it's a non-issue. I just remember his generosity, his kindness, his benevolence, his elegance."
