The boyfriend of disgraced Abercrombie CEO grinned as he walked free from court on sex trafficking charges as a clunky ankle monitor hugged his leg. Matthew Smith, 61, pleaded not guilty to one count of sex trafficking and 15 counts of engaging in interstate prostitution in Central Islip Federal Court on Tuesday under US Magistrate Judge Lee Dunst. Smith was released under house arrest at his home in Palm Beach, Florida, and a $10 million bond.
