A horrified French father returned home to find his family's three children brutally stabbed to death yesterday. The father, who has not yet been named, found the children, two boys aged two and 11, and a 13-year-old girl, dead in their home in Taninges, a ski town near France's border with Switzerland, with several stab wounds on Tuesday at around midday. The blended family's mother, a 45-year-old woman who local media reported suffered from depression, is currently missing and is considered a key suspect in the children's tragic deaths, which is now being investigated as an 'intentional homicide'.
