Zac Efron was involved in a "minor swimming incident" that landed him in the hospital in Spain. Efron's rep told TMZ that the 36-year-old actor was taken to the hospital in Ibiza as a precautionary measure following a "minor swimming incident" at a villa on Friday night. The rep went on to tell the outlet that Efron was ultimately discharged from the hospital Saturday morning and he's recovering just fine.
