In all places I look, the "mob wife" aesthetic is taking off. We've seen the likes of Hailey Bieber and Dua Lipa step out in heavy faux-fur coats and TikTok has declared the "clean girl" and her slicked-back bun out, whilst ushering in the ultra-glam, Hollywood-imagined concept of a mob wife, full together with her leopard-print garments, ostentatious bling and bold makeup. Recently, we're seeing a brand new "aesthetic" arise virtually each week because the cyclical nature of tendencies continues to accelerate, and now, the web has given its latest nod to the women whose bold seems to be (and mysterious lives) and we have seen depicted and romanticised in TV and movie, from The Sopranos to Scarface and Mob Wives.
